Yesterday, a rumor began to circulate that Honor would be hosting a global launch event on August 12, and today the company itself confirmed this to us through an invitation.
As you can see, the invitation specifically mentions the Honor Magic3 series, and it also gives us a nice close-up view of one of the cameras of the next phones, standing on the horizon. It remains to be seen whether or not this involves a huge camera bump, but we would vote on ‘yes’.
No other details were provided, but since the word “series” is used, it is clear that there will not be only one Magic3 device, but several – three Magic3, perhaps? The Honor Magic 2 was launched in 2018, so this sequel definitely took a long time.
Global Magic3 phones should have built-in Google services from day one, and since the Magic lineup in general has been used as a showcase of mind-blowing stuff, we’re pretty excited for what’s coming. So stay tuned and we’ll tell you what to do when August 12th arrives (and before, since we’re expecting a ton of leaks as usual).
